Returns & Refunds Policy

We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you need to return an item, please review the following policy carefully.

Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in re-saleable condition. We do not offer refunds for damaged, used, or otherwise non re-saleable items.

How to Return Your Item
Complete the returns form included with your order. If you no longer have it, you can download another here.

Pack the item securely in its original shipping box and protective packaging. If unavailable, use a sturdy alternative with equivalent protection. Do not return items in just their retail packaging. Include the completed returns form inside the package.

Send the parcel using a tracked, signed-for, and insured courier service to:

You are responsible for the return shipping cost. We strongly recommend using an insured service, as we cannot provide refunds for items that arrive damaged.

Refund Process
Once your return is received, it will be assessed within 30 days. If the item and packaging are in re-saleable condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. If the item is not in its original condition, we may apply a discretionary deduction to reflect the deterioration and refund only a proportion of the original price. We do not refund original shipping costs for unwanted goods/change of mind.

Important Notes
This returns policy applies only to items purchased directly from www.london-mole.com. We do not accept returns of damaged goods. If your item arrives damaged, please contact your courier service to claim under their insurance.

We are really sorry to hear you have an issue and will try to resolve it for you as soon as possible.

If we cannot resolve your issue remotely we will issue an RTN number and email you a DPD drop off label so you return the item easily and free of charge.
